Create New blogger Step 1:
Just Enter www.blogger.com in your browser. Then blogger login page is opened (like GMAIL Login). Now you can login with your Email Id (this Email is forever for your blogger account). Then a New page is opened as showing in below Image. For the first time this will open From next time onwards this page is not open, directly next page which is shown in Step 2 is open.
Now You can click on “Continue to Blogger”
Create New blogger Step 2:
Now new page is open, in that page at left side one Option “New Blog” is there, now the new page is open as below image.
Here You can do 3 things for your new blogger. First You can Select “Title”, and then second is selecting your BlogSpot address in “Address” column. Third one is you can select “Template” based on your Taste. After this click on “Create New Blog”.

After click on “Create New Blog”. The following page is open. Now you click on “New post” symbol as shown in Image.
Create New blogger Step 4:
Now the Below page is open, start Posting.. Give the title for post like “Best visiting places in Bangalore”, below to title you can write content related to your title. Content box is just like MS Word. After Completion of writing content you can see preview (which is at right side). If any modifications are needed modify, else click on Publish as shown in below Image.
Conclusion: Creating New blog is Very easy as am explain, but maintaining BlogSpot is somewhat difficult. Should not copy and paste content from other website or blogger, Because Google follows strict rules
